BLINK Wire Partner Plan Terms

Effective 4 November 2026 · Terms version: wire-partner-2026-11 · The Korean text is the official version; this is a reference translation.

1. Purpose and scope

1. These Terms set out the conditions of the BLINK Wire Partner plan ("Partner plan") provided by BlinkHub ("Operator").

2. The BLINK Wire Free News Feed Terms of Use continue to apply to publishers on the Partner plan ("Partners"). Where the two differ, these Terms prevail.

2. What Partners receive

1. Partners receive 300 full articles a month at no charge (instead of the free plan's 100). A month is a calendar month in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

2. Press releases assigned by the Operator do not count toward this limit.

3. Publishing press releases

1. Partners publish the press releases the Operator assigns to them on their registered site. No more than 4 are assigned in a month.

2. The deadline is shown with each assignment. By default it is 7 days after the assignment.

3. Partners do not remove or hide the label that marks the item as a press release (such as "Press release") or the issuer and source credit. The label is there to comply with laws on the disclosure of promotional content.

4. External links in a press release keep an attribute that tells search engines the link is promotional (nofollow or sponsored).

5. Partners do not change the facts in a press release. Minimal editorial changes, such as shortening the headline, are allowed.

6. With the WordPress plugin, press releases arrive automatically with the label above, and the published address is reported to the Operator automatically. The Operator opens the reported address to confirm publication.

4. Declining

1. Partners may decline up to 2 press releases a month that do not fit their publication. A declined item no longer counts as an obligation.

2. Partners may decline any press release that may break the law or infringe the rights of others, regardless of the limit in paragraph 1. Please tell the Operator why at contact@blinkhub.net.

5. Responsibility for press releases

1. The organisation that issued a press release is responsible for its content. The Operator checks the issuer and the content before assigning it.

2. No money changes hands between the Operator and Partners under the Partner plan. The Operator does not pay Partners for publishing press releases.

6. Application, approval and ending

1. The Partner plan starts when a publisher accepts these Terms in the portal and the Operator approves the application.

2. If, in two consecutive months, a Partner has an assigned press release that was not published by its deadline, the Operator may end the Partner plan and restore the previous monthly limit.

3. Partners may end the Partner plan at any time by telling the Operator. The Operator gives 30 days' notice before changing the conditions or ending the plan, except in the case of paragraph 2.

4. After the plan ends, Partners decide whether to keep press releases they have already published. If they keep them, the labels in section 3, paragraphs 3 and 4, stay in place.
